Reaching Out With The Love of Christ

"A new commandment I give to You: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another." — Jesus Christ (John 13: 34-35)

Announcements

Welcome to Oak Hill! We're happy that you have come to worship with us today. Pastor Dave Bush continues his new series of messages on the life and character of Joseph, the son of Jacob. We are also privileged to celebrate the Lord's Supper the sacrament of grace commemorating Christ's atoning sacrifice for the forgiveness of our sins.

If you are visiting for the first time, we welcome you into our fellowship today and hope you will come again.

Following the service, you are invited to stay for a brief time of fellowship and refreshments in the church parlor. Sunday school classes for all ages will follow. Elder John Keiter will begin a new study in the adult class.

Pastor Dave Bush will begin a new class today for prospective members and others interested in knowing more about the teachings of our church and denomination. You do not need to commit to church membership by taking the class, but if you intend to seek membership, this class is required.

Our church's radio broadcast, entitled "Foundations," began today at 8 a.m. on KVML. Be sure to help publicize this ministry in our community and the wider listening area.

The Sonora prayer and study group will meet at the residence of Carol Edwards this week, 6:30 p.m. Please feel free to join the Bushes for a meal prior to the meeting. Please notify Jennifer is you plan on attending the dinner.
